Are you tired of feeling drained and unproductive at work? In honor of global employee health and fitness month, I’d like to share a concept I use with my clients. I call this the daily four non-negotiables, a set of principles that can help you stay healthy and fit while performing at a high level every day.

Sleep right – A good sleep schedule and sleep hygiene are critical to helping the body heal and recover, think clearly, have energy, and make good decisions.

Eat right – Good nutrition helps you recharge, recover, think clearly, sleep better, and increases overall performance.

Think right – Managing your thoughts, states of mind, and how you see situations determines the amount of stress you have and your outcomes resulting in better sleep, nutrition, and energy levels.

Move right – Daily physical exercise reduces stress, recharges the body, and helps you sleep better.

By prioritizing the four daily non-negotiables, you can ensure that you have the energy, focus, and resilience to perform your job at a high level, day in and day out. Commit yourself to start implementing these principles into your daily routine today in a way that works best for you (NO MATTER HOW BUSY YOU GET).

Remember, small, consistent actions lead to significant results over time. So, sleep right, eat right, think right, and move right – no matter what! Your health and success depend on it.
