When you lack accountability, letting things fall by the wayside is easy. Suddenly resulting in the year almost being up and finding yourself in the same place you were at the beginning. 

Having others to hold you accountable to crucial milestones for your leadership and career goals is critical. Someone to challenge you, help you reflect on progress, and adjust if needed based on the current milestone will keep you on track.
